From family kitchen to culinary empire: Food entrepreneur Chitra Agrawal’s flavourful journey

Chitra Agrawal founded Brooklyn Delhi focusing on Indian condiments, starting with achaars, in 2014.

She uses quality ingredients without preservatives, creating tomato achaar, variety of sauces, curry ketchups and mango chutney.

Apart from pickles, Brooklyn Delhi's top-sold items are golden coconut chutney, tikka masala and their hot sauce.
