Highway stretch in California named after late Indian-origin Corporal Ronil Singh.

Corporal Ronil tragically lost his life in the line of duty, during a traffic stop, in 2018.

A commemorative sign with his name was unveiled at a ceremony, attended by his family and colleagues.

At the ceremony, Ronil Singh's son, Arnav, who was just five months old when his father was killed, wrote his message: "Love you Papa."

The Corporal was just 33 when he was shot by an illegal immigrant, who was attempting to flee to Mexico.
