has become India's leading wicket-taker in the Asia Cup in the ODI format.
He took two wickets while conceding 33 runs at the Super Four stage match against Sri Lanka, where he reached this this milestone.
Jadeja now has 24 wickets in 18 innings in the Asia Cup, overtaking the previous record held by Irfan Pathan, who had 22 wickets in 12 innings.

The overall highest wicket-taker in Asia Cup history is Muthiah Muralidaran with 30 wickets in 24 innings.
