Indian chess champion, Koneru Humpy created history by winning the silver medal at World Blitz Chess Championships, by becoming the first Indian women to win at the event. She scored 12.5/17 to also become only the 2nd Indian after GM Viswanathan Anand to win a medal at the prestigious Blitz event.
