Growing up in Jammu, Nitika Gupta noticed the decline of arts and crafts in the state. In 2020, she founded Delhi-based home decor startup Pine Cone. The D2C brand, works with artisans from Jammu and Kashmir, Assam, Manipur and Himachal Pradesh.
