MIT undergraduate’s AI-enabled headset was among the 100 Best

Delhi-born Arnav Kapur’s Artificial Intelligence-enabled headset Alter Ego augments human cognition and gives voice to those who have lost their ability to speak. It was among the 100 Best Inventions of 2020 by TIME. The 25-year-old post-doctoral scholar at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), is currently studying Media Arts and Sciences at the MIT Media Lab. He has also worked on a lunar rover.
